Humming is also one of the most healthiest things an individual can do. When you hum, you increase Nitric Oxide by 15 fold. This breathwork dynamic will take you through five rounds of humming, which will give you a total of 5-minutes of straight humming.
Prior to each round, you’ll go through 30 rounds of Tummo breathing, and instead of a breath hold, you’ll shift into a hum.
