Transpersonal Breathwork is a journey. It’s about keeping the consistency and simply focusing in on the breath. The Peace Power Protocol takes a regular Transpersonal Breathwork session and increases the potency.
There are essentially three rounds of breathing during this hour-long activity. The first sequence of transpersonal breathwork lasts for roughly 13-minutes and culminates into a breath-hold.
The second round of transpersonal breathing increases in speed yet decreases in duration. Lasting only for about five or six minutes – you may feel some resistance as this increases the intensity.
If you do feel any pain or discomfort and it’s unbearable, simply slow your breathing down to a pace you feel comfortable. If you are able to keep up to the intensity, keep on going – it will increase the efficacy of the next breath hold.
Finally, the third round of Transpersonal breathwork is twice the speed of the first round, however the duration of this breathing lasts only for 3-4 minutes. This is the most intense part and you may begin to run hot. It is normal to sweat, it’s normal to feel like you’re doing exercise. This is because for the lungs, you are!
Once more, it’s important to listen to your body. If you are feeling discomfort so great it’s distracting from the experience – it’s best to slow down the breathing. You can always attempt this at a later stage when you have had more practice or find yourself in a different headspace.
At the end of this third, hyper round of breathing – we’ll do our final breath-hold and simply release everything you hold inside. Embrace the silence, embrace the reward of your prolonged breathing.
