 BreathGnosis is a liminal state where both the conscious mind and the unconscious mind are communicating effortlessly. Your awareness shifts from the singular perspective and tunes into the frequency of the Cosmos – a highly creative state.

It is within this state of BreathGnosis that we have the freedom to explore all realities and create new ways of engaging with whatever is going on in your life.
