A Hum for Health II is a follow up session to a Hum for Health aimed at producing Nitric Oxide and stimulating the Vagus Nerve. The first Hum for Health dynamic was far more active, seeing that it first required a round of Tummo Breathing before humming.
This time around, we’re jumping straight into the humming with a far more easier routine. The dynamic is simple; take a five-second inhalation through the nose – and then hum for 25-seconds.
We will repeat this dynamic 20-times which will give you a total of 10-minutes’ worth of humming. During this period, you’ll increase nitric oxide production by 15x. After the 10 minutes of humming, you’ll enter into a 10-minute silent meditation where you can simply bask in the sensations you created in your body.
This activity can be done on a daily basis to help boost the immune system, create more blood flow throughout the body and much more.
