The Breathwork Manifestor is a guided breathwork meditation with the purpose of removing all negative thoughts and feelings from your life, allowing you to focus your intention without distraction.
For the first 23 minutes, you’ll be engaged in Vortex Breathing. Vortex Breathing is also sometimes called “Rebreathing” and is quite effective in deepening your meditations, putting your mind in a resourceful state.
To do Vortex Breathing, you simply will engage with the breath in the following manner;
- Inhale through the nose
- Exhale through the mouth
- Inhale through the mouth
- Exhale through the Nose

You’ll quickly notice that when engaging in this breathwork pattern you’ll begin feeling the area in your forehead, commonly known as the “Third Eye”, become more active. This type of breathing has a very balancing effect and allows the conscious and the unconscious mind to get on the same page.
